My Story

First of all, thank you for taking the time to visit my website. From my own personal experience, I know how tough separation from a loved one is. Therefore, I am passionately committed to helping you find ways to over come the pain, so that you can let go of your ex and move forward with your life. Despite the trauma of a break-up, I believe this can actually be an opportunity to redesign your life just the way you want it. This can seem impossible at first, so to help you I have created a tool kit of techniques and strategies that I wish I'd had access to during my divorce.

As a learning mentor, I supported children between the ages of 4-11 while going through my divorce after 27 years of marriage. It was a very traumatic experience and I struggled to comprehend what was happening and why? The feeling of being hit by a freight train and not knowing where to turn. I realised that there wasn't any specific help to guide you through the emotional rollercoaster you face and advising you how to stay strong and supportive for your children, when you are struggling to cope yourself. I discovered that my then husband was a wolf in sheep's clothing, a man who lives behind a mask of lies and deceit. He had led a double life, cheating on me with many women in the workplace. The betrayal was hard to bare. Who was this man I had been with since the age of 17? I didn’t recognise him. He was cold and extremely cruel to me. He certainly has a disordered personality and once I realised that, the pieces of the puzzle began to fall into place and it helped me in my recovery. This is why I want to take my experience to help YOU.

So many years on, I have taken back control and moved on to pastures new and the next, much happier, chapter in my life. I want to reassure you that there are many things you can do to get back into the driving seat & journey forward into an exciting future!
